What we may not know is that there is no ‘before and after’ study, no survey on public perception, no consultation with other stakeholders and no cost benefit analysis. But who cares when there are no public complaints! Or so it seems!"

  1. Prof Amal Kumarage runs a monopoly in being the supreme authority of traffic control and makes a mess of things. ie: the park and ride load of crap. He wastes our petrol, time and tax money. BOOOOOOOO you professor!

  3. Its a quite interesting scenario here in sri lanka. Politicians do whatever they want , the way they want but at least they try to do something. So called 'Profs' and other pandithayas do nothing, not giving any alternatives but criticizing with a lot of fluency. Ultimately we suffer to the max. To the MAX.
