If this is indeed the design for the H'thota airport it is a waste of money. They could make it a bit smaller and use those design proposals for BIA, after all this is not the main airport of Sri Lanka, and most of the spaces shown are unnecessary.
And it is also butt ugly. Has it been designed by an Architect? I am not surprised even if it is! What ever it is, hope they are going to build something else. This is butt, butt, butt ugly.
