    Why? oh, why do people need to resort to using colour as mere gimmicks?

    why can't just form and texture tell the story?

  4. I don't understand know why those people(probably architects) hate the colorfulness of life.Please try to open your minds for general appreciation of life.Don't be color blinds and don't cry for being genius if don't meant for it.

  5. If it is 'colourful' its all right!!!. The problem is it is not colourful, it is painted blue.

  6. As far as I know it was designed by an Engineer called Mahinda Dias. And constructed between 1966 an 1969 by 'Sri Lanka Engineers' (Engineering wing of the SL Army)
