it is 'new year' time in this part of the world
It is 'new year' time in this part of the world. The traditional new year is celebrated in mid April every year.
The timing of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year coincides with the new year celebrations of many traditional calendars of South and Southeast Asia. The festival has close semblance to the Thai New year, Bengali New Year, and Sankranthi festival in India.

pritzker price 2011: eduardo souto de moura
“During the past three decades, Eduardo Souto de Moura has produced a body of work that is
of our time but also carries echoes of architectural traditions.” And further, “His buildings have
a unique ability to convey seemingly conflicting characteristics — power and modesty, bravado
and subtlety, bold public authority and a sense of intimacy —at the same time.”

blogger dynamic views; new ways to view your blog site
Blogger now offers you the ability to view blogs in several new ways. They are Flipcard (tryout recent, date lable and author tabs under this option, they are cool), Mosaic, Sidebar, Snapshot, and Timeslide.
To view these dynamic views all you have to do is add /view to the end of the URL. For example for this blog type view to the end of the URL; http://sevenby3.blogspot.com/view or you can simply try them out for this blog by clicking the 5 links above.
A button on the RHS of the title bar should give you the option of selecting one of the 5 above mentioned views. Here is a screen shot of the Mosaic view. This is bit like Flicriver, you keep scrolling down and the page will add more images / posts automatically.
